Swedish rock & roll band The
Soundtrack Of Our Lives return to Helsinki for a show at Tavastia Club, 15th
December, 2008. Special Guests will be Underwater Sleeping Society.
The Soundtrack of Our Lives,
alternatively known as T.S.O.O.L. or Soundtrack was formed in 1995 from the
ashes of punk band Union Carbide Productions. Lead by singer Ebbot Lundberg,
they are a combination of sixties rock giants like The Who and The Kinks, and
psychedelic bands like Pink Floyd.
Their album Behind the Music was
nominated for the Best Alternative Album award at the 2003 Grammy Awards. World
Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) used their song "Bigtime" as one of
WrestleMania 21's theme songs in 2005. "Bigtime", along with "Mother
One Track Mind", was featured on the Gran Turismo 4 soundtrack. T.S.O.O.L.
songs "Sister
Surround" and "Ten Years Ahead" both appear on the In Good
Company soundtrack as well. Their next album, Communion, will be released on
19th November 2008.
